How to Create Your Business Profile

When you first log in to HoopoTrack, you’ll be asked to complete your business profile. This is a one-time setup that helps personalize your workspace and ensures your tracking pages look professional.


🧾 What You’ll Set Up
  • 🏢 Business Name – This appears on customer-facing pages and printed tickets.

  • 🌍 Country & Timezone – Important for time-based features and notifications.

  • 💬 Preferred Language – Used to display your dashboard and customer views (English, French, Arabic supported).

  • 📧 Contact Email – Used for replies or support messages (optional).

📋 Why It Matters
  • It helps personalize your customer tracking links

  • Ensures your business info is shown in the public queue screen

  • Enables accurate local time display for jobs

  • Sets default settings for future automation and billing

✅ How to Do It
  1. Log in to your HoopoTrack account

  2. You’ll be prompted to complete your business info (can’t skip this step)

  3. Fill out each field and save — it takes less than a minute

  4. You’ll then be redirected to your dashboard with default quotas and templates ready

🛑 Note:
  • You can update your business info later from your account settings

  • If you skip or fail to complete this step, you won’t be able to create tickets
