Overview:
Creating your first ticket is fast and easy. Tickets are the heart of HoopoTrack — they represent customer jobs (like a phone repair, a print order, or a tailoring request) that you want to track and update.
🪜 Step-by-Step: Create a Ticket
Go to your Dashboard
After logging in and completing your business profile, you’ll land on your main dashboard.Click “New Ticket”
You’ll find this button in your navigation or tickets page.Choose a Template
You can pick one of the 8 built-in templates (Phone Repair, 3D Print, Tailor, etc.)
Or use a custom one you've created earlier.
Fill Out Ticket Info
Customer name & phone (optional but useful for notifications)
Notes or special instructions
Add a PIN if you want to protect the customer’s tracking page
Save the Ticket
The system generates a tracking link + QR code
You’ll see a print option to give the customer a paper receipt
The customer can scan the QR or click the link to view real-time updates
As you update the ticket status, HoopoTrack sends automatic emails (if enabled)
Use predefined templates to get started quickly
For repeat customers, consider using a consistent PIN (if security is needed)
You can always edit ticket details later
