Overview:
HoopoTrack is a simple tool for service-based shops (like phone repair, tailoring, 3D printing, and more) to keep customers updated on their job status — without endless phone calls.
🧠 How it Works
You create a job ticket inside HoopoTrack.
The system generates a public tracking link + QR code.
You give the link/QR to your customer, either printed or by email.
As the job moves through different steps (like “Queued → In Progress → Ready”),
your customer sees the updates in real-time.HoopoTrack automatically sends email notifications when a status is updated (if enabled).

You run a 3D print shop. A customer drops off a print job. You create a ticket using a “3D Print” template. HoopoTrack gives you a QR code. You print it and give it to the customer. Later, when you mark the job as “Ready for Pickup,” the customer automatically gets notified.
