Overview:
HoopoTrack is a simple tool for service-based shops (like phone repair, tailoring, 3D printing, and more) to keep customers updated on their job status — without endless phone calls.


🧠 How it Works
  1. You create a job ticket inside HoopoTrack.

  2. The system generates a public tracking link + QR code.

  3. You give the link/QR to your customer, either printed or by email.

  4. As the job moves through different steps (like “Queued → In Progress → Ready”),
    your customer sees the updates in real-time.

  5. HoopoTrack automatically sends email notifications when a status is updated (if enabled).
