Overview:
HoopoTrack uses a quota system to keep things simple and fair. Your account comes with a monthly limit on how many messages you can send and how many tickets/templates you can use — depending on your current plan.


📦 What Are Quotas?

Each shop has a monthly allowance for:

🧠 Quotas reset at the beginning of each month.

🔍 How to View Your Quotas
  • Your current usage is visible in the top navigation bar

  • You'll also see warnings when you're close to hitting a limit

  • In the future, your dashboard will show a full quota breakdown

⛔ What Happens When You Hit a Limit?
  • You won’t be able to send new messages or create tickets/templates beyond your quota

  • You can upgrade your plan (Coming soon) to unlock more capacity

💡 Example

You’re on the free plan with 30 ticket quota. If you hit 30 tickets in a month, you’ll need to wait for the next month or upgrade to create more.
