Overview:
HoopoTrack uses a quota system to keep things simple and fair. Your account comes with a monthly limit on how many messages you can send and how many tickets/templates you can use — depending on your current plan.
📦 What Are Quotas?
Each shop has a monthly allowance for:

Your current usage is visible in the top navigation bar
You'll also see warnings when you're close to hitting a limit
In the future, your dashboard will show a full quota breakdown
You won’t be able to send new messages or create tickets/templates beyond your quota
You can upgrade your plan (Coming soon) to unlock more capacity
You’re on the free plan with 30 ticket quota. If you hit 30 tickets in a month, you’ll need to wait for the next month or upgrade to create more.
