Overview:
HoopoTrack lets you display a live public queue on a screen or TV in your shop. It’s a clean view that shows customers where their job stands without revealing sensitive details — ideal for waiting areas.

📺 What Is the Public Queue?

The public queue is a read-only dashboard that displays all open tickets grouped by their current status, such as:

  • 🕐 Queued

  • 🛠️ In Progress

  • ✅ Done

Each ticket is shown with its number, optionally the customer’s name (if you added it), and current status.

🪜 How to Use It
  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Click on “Public Queue View”

  3. A new tab will open with a full-screen version of your current ticket flow

  4. You can cast it to a TV or keep it on a dedicated screen in your workspace

🔐 Optional PIN Protection

If you want to restrict who can view your public queue:

  1. Go to Settings > Queue Screen Settings

  2. Enable “Require PIN to view”

  3. Set a 4-digit PIN

  4. The viewer will be asked to enter it before accessing the screen

🎨 Display Tips
  • Use a landscape-oriented TV or monitor

  • Full-screen the browser tab (press F11 on most systems)

  • Hide browser toolbars or system UI for a clean display

  • Consider using a dedicated tablet or Raspberry Pi for always-on viewing
